I have been an attorney since 2002, and most of my career was spent as a litigator and trial attorney. This gave me expertise in risk mitigation and the “PhD in Paranoia” that Patricia and I share. At De Fonte Law PC I work with families to help them avoid litigation and promote family harmony. One of the many reasons I love my job is interacting with clients to learn about their personal stories. It is important to me to tailor estate plans to meet each client’s unique needs.

I grew up in San Diego, where I currently live with my young family. My family and I love mountain biking, hiking, outdoor nature activities, and chilling out at the beach. I really wish I could rollerblade (like my children) but I’m too afraid of breaking bones. I come from a large family, so when I’m not outside, I spend a great deal of time with my nephews, nieces, and friends.
