Eleanor Lynch | Director of Operations
I am the Director of Operations at De Fonte Law and have worked with Patricia for five years. For quite a while, it was just the two of us. 2021 brought about great changes as Patricia hired Nadya Spivack, and our team expanded to support our growing client base. I love working at the firm because supporting families is at the heart of what we do. As a mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, and cousin in a big family, I was raised that family comes first. I count myself lucky to be surrounded by strong women who work hard every day to support families and preserve family harmony.
When I am not working at the firm, I enjoy running, exploring new places, and spending my days driving around my four kids to their sports practices (what free time)? Jokes aside, I love my big family, dressing up at Halloween, and supporting all my favorite nonprofits.
